sorry for not showing up just now. stupid message predicted got flood blablabla. but didnt happen. anyways tomorrow singhaw, rid and fee will be going to my place to work the routines.
i think we pretty much finished poker face except melissa doesnt know how to grow? hahaha. and the boys need a lot of cleaning up. anddd other than that its fineee. just need to know how to end the poker face and how they all exit.
as for the um icebox, chai and i have finished it but i need to clean that up cos this is like seriously something new! hahahaha.
the sexy love is going pretty goood from what i see. but i think their not finished yet. its okay they can practice that tomorrow.
last but not least, me against the music. HA HA HA HA HA. we have to work on that like from the tip to the toe.

for the girls, three quarter pants and long sleeve tops thats quite fitted but not tight!
colors will be earth colors cos it looks really good on stage.

maybe just like tshirt and shorts? hahaha. or tshirt and pants? same colors :)
shoes can be ballet flats, or jazz shoes or sneakers.

TOMORROW WE NEED TO MASTER EVERYTHING! from the beginning til the end.
WE CAN DO THIS GUYS. remember what dalbert said at the first concert? :) hahahaha.
we are doing this as a group so if we mess up. we mess up as a group :) but ofcourse we all have each others backs all the time.

Okay latest updates.

- two girls, cindy and justina joined the group but i am not sure if their danceworks.
- we started off dancing to whine up and lovestoned (chai's mix is awesome! haha)
- then we learnt new routines for bounce and show me the money(dance steps contributed by rid) .
- and then we are doing the dragon dance routine to lose control and damn thats fast.
- last but not least, we finish it off with hit me up routine #3 and 1 and fee's very cute steps :)
- danceworks started ballet lessons on the 10th december 2008. (hence rids name is now pupuboy)
- supposedly to perform for the christmas party on the 14th.
- moved to 15th
- moved to 17th (thanks god im flying of to kl at night)
- we were asked to perform in jp for some entertainment night i think on saturday night. (LAST MINUTE!!!!)
- we have morning rehearsals cos dhoe, smindy and i cant make it in the afternoon.
- rid needs to push his pupu to the back :P hahahaha. sory had to add that in :P
- BALLET IS NOT EASY. TRUST ME.
- chai is vain. truly vain. haha.
- what elseeee.. oh and arvin came back again. he is part of danceworks.
- last but not least, DANCEWORKS, 10AM TMORROW AND BRING YOUR WHITE ATTIRE FOR SATURDAY NIGHT.

Episode 3 - 6 girls and 4 boys =)

i swear to god i am bad at posting pictures. i dont know how to work it out properly. anyways. we have 4 new members today wait sorry 3. arvin, calvin and afiq.
afiq used to be my classmate in sas. haha. i dont know about the other two but hey they were good dancers. they catch up very fast too.
lets just hope they stay.
so basically we have 6 girls (yes rid you are a girl :P) and 4 guys.
hahahahahahaha.
awu bah. 5 boys 5 girls.
i have a feeling my partner wud be calvin or afiq. if ever there had to be a partnered routine.

dc's coming over tomorrow at 2ish. we need to brush up our dance moves.
i had so much fun in training today but shit my abs hurt and im beat!

Episode 2 - Featuring Core Group

We had one trial after the meeting.
They showed us some videos.
one was called the pineapple.
regina kept saying how everything needs ballet " " (only dc will get what those mean)
riiight. haha.
so yeah we met our trainer, chaii.
shes super cool and shes just fun to be with =)
there were more people at the trial tho.
i must say it was different.
it was not the kind of dance we used to do.
its just, DIFFERENT.
but i had fun :))))
however some people had to quit.
some couldnt commit due to some clashes in the schedule.
some had exams and had to go on a break.
some had other personal problems.
so in the end..

we've had quite a few trainings already. we will be performing on the 28th of november at the ampitheatre.

basically the point of this blog is just to post the pictures and to update each other on what is going on. who knows one day we all just might want to reminisce the old days? :)

we have two more members coming in december. after the performance ofcourse.
oh yes we did a photoshoot with anakbrunei and i'll post em once i get it :))

The Pilot.

Everything started with me trying to find dancers for this dance scholarship i was given. I was asked to find a group of people who are dedicated and committed to dance. Obviously I came up with two people. Rid and Dhoe. Then Ry and Bils came along to join the group. Izza came along sooner or later. Asked Aqilah if she wanted to join since she had a lot of free time and i know she can move but she just doesnt believe that she can :) Then nikki came along. I got fee who brought another friend :) and i was yet still desperate for guy dancers so i called my isb friends and they recommended James and Fareed.

Went to a meeting where we were explained about the scholarship and we had um an audition at the um place where only us dc's know. haha. i'd like to keep that on the down low. and there you go the dance crew 2810 was borned.
